	Robert Glibbery MSc is a founder and Director of R2G2 Controls Ltd. He has a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College and an MSc with Distinction in Automotive Engine and Vehicle Design Technology from the University of Southampton, England, which is a leading centre for this engineering discipline. He also specialises in real-time software for embedded control systems, and is the Department Manager for our Software Department. He has special responsibility for high-level software system design, including interactive models and software specification. He has over 18 years' experience of this demanding and specialist role. Robert's expertise also includes the software quality control system, a key part of ensuring our products meet and exceed our customers' requirements.

Richard Gunner BSc(hons) MIET is a founder and Managing Director of R2G2 Controls Ltd. He has an honours BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a member City and Guilds College. He has been involved in the design of electronics since joining Marconi Space and Defence Systems in 1971, working on defence guidance systems and micro-miniaturised frequency-agile radio equipment, followed by 18 years in the automotive electronics industry. Richard has responsibilty for supervision of system and hardware design engineering, and is your first point of contact to discuss the solution to your control problems.

	EurIng Rob Clive BSc(hons) CEng MIET is Manager of the Hardware Department of R2G2 Controls Ltd. He has an honours BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England. He worked for Lucas as an electronics hardware design and productionisation engineer for 16 years before joining R2G2 in 1996, and has 28 years' experience of designing electronics for the automotive market, for niche applications and for high-volume production. Rob is responsible for planning and co-ordinating the hardware design aspects of projects, and for the environmental and EMC proving of products.

Andy Sinclair BSc MIET is Lead Application Software Engineer for R2G2 Controls Ltd. He has a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath, England. He specialises in the design and coding of dedicated real-time software, focussing on highly-optimised safe code for high-integrity systems. Andy is also responsible for development of R2G2's R2Scope communications and interface tool, and for automated testing of R2G2 products to the highest stadards required for Military applications.
