R2G2 has been in business since 1994, and has developed a range of embedded processing platforms to suit the spectrum of control tasks.   These have been created with adaptability in mind, with interfaces and processing power to spare.   For each application, R2G2 can speedily adapt the most appropriate platform to suit your requirements, saving you time and money. 

For customers who need small quantities, we can quickly supply a prototype by adapting one of our platforms, and then design a new mother board which carries the platform core.  In the meanwhile our software engineers are converting your ideas into a working software model, and translating that into executable software code.   Within a few weeks the samples are ready for the code, and you can begin your integration trials.

For larger quantities, the new design is cost-optimised, which usually means building our processor core into the main board.   The interfaces are kept electrically identical so that the R2OS and application software execute in exactly the same way as the samples.

Whatever your needs, we can supply prototypes, samples and production controllers in an impressively short time.

Then R2G2 will do the detailed design work, coming to check each stage with you, and bring you the A-model samples ready for user trials.

R2G2 will look after the testing for you, everything from salt spray through vibration to EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).  For engine management systems, we will support test cell proving, for vehicle management systems we will support the integration testing.  We can even check the nuclear EMP performance if you want.

When all the testing is complete, R2G2 will prepare the B-model units for you, and help you select the best manufacturing facilities, wherever in the world you prefer.
